In the past, our market has been mid to large size companies, however, with continued refinement of the system and packaging of features we are now able to offer MINDER to a much larger audience.  The entry level is now 5 users.

In many cases companies in 5 to 15 user range, use packages that are not readily customised. Often development is centralised and changes can only be made if the developer feels they are generally applicable. Also often they take a long time to be implemented.  On the other hand sometimes you may wish not to implement one change but do want others. This one size fits all approach, can often lead to frustration and confusion amongst your staff, sometimes requiring expensive retraining. 

We have always installed MINDER and introduced change only at the request of the customer, this is the way we aim to continue, it is the way we work. 

To summarise, smaller users may now purchase a system that is feature rich and can grow with them. It will allow them to one day run hundreds of users if necessary. What about changes?  Well, what the customer asks for we do within days or weeks – that is our business – AND remember, you are dealing with the creators of the system – we have written every line of code!

The support fee includes free discussions and contact with C& G, in fact we encourage user interaction. If anything requested incurs a charge, a fixed price quote will be submitted and if accepted within a reasonable time, will be acted upon quickly.
